Profile:
Dr. Jacqueline Guest has wide experience and interest in many areas of gynecology including early pregnancy problems, menstrual difficulties, menopause, hormone replacement, post-menopausal bleeding and premature ovarian dysfunction. Her interests extend to vulval skin disorders, contraception (including IUCD and implanon insertion and removal), pelvic pain and sexual difficulties.
Dr. Guest carries out gynecological surgery including laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy and hysterectomy; vaginal surgery including pelvic floor repair and hysterectomy; open abdominal surgery including hysterectomy. She perform all minor gynecological surgical procedures such as excision of lesions, hysteroscopy with resection of polyps and fibroids, endometrial ablation, labial reduction and procedures for problems following FGM.
In obstetrics she has a wide general experience with interest in acute obstetric emergencies in labour ward practice.
