Dr. Jacques W. Kobersy, MD

Jacques W. Kobersy, MD, is Institute Chair of the Emergency Medicine Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Kobersy worked at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Washington State, US, where he became a member of the Board of Directors for the Emergency Physicians group, as well as the Assistant Medical Director for the Emergency Department.
Previously, he was an Attending Physician at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, US, where he became Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. In parallel to this, Dr. Kobersy also served as the Medical Director of Canton Medical Center. He also has served as the Medical Director of several Fire and EMS Districts in Washington.
Dr. Kobersy received his medical degree in 2002 from the University of Michigan. He was then accepted into an academic Emergency Medicine Residency, also at the University of Michigan, where he served as Chief Resident.
