Fields of expertise

Extensive experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with particular focus in the management of high risk pregnancies such as twins, preterm labour, placental complications and special interest in Fetal medicine (invasive and noninvasive modalities). My special areas of interest in fetal medicine are 1) Level 3 advanced obstetric ultrasound, 3D-4D ultrasound scans, first trimester markers such as nuchal translucency, nasal bone, ductus venosus assessment, Various forms of prenatal Doppler, biophysical profile 2) Fetal echocardiography utilizing B-mode, M mode, pulsed wave and color Doppler 3) Diagnostic and therapeutic fetal interventions such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, cordocentesis, intrauterine transfusions, cephalocentesis, amniodrainage, vesicocentesis, pleurocentesis. Special interest in teaching and is affiliated to UAE also.
